Dental management consultant The Wealthy Dentist recently surveyed dentists around the United States and showed that 75% of the general dentists surveyed offered Invisalign for their patients. 

Some other findings:

• General dentists sometimes treat simpler orthodontic cases themselves with Invisalign
• General dentists continue to refer patients to an orthodontist for more complex or longer-term orthodontic needs.
• The perception is that Invisalign can be a good solution in some situations, while other systems such as conventional braces or lingual braces may be more suitable in different situations.
